UKFCU Presents KCH's Teddy Bear Hospital
Join UKFCU in supporting the second annual Teddy Bear Hospital, a fun and educational event helping children learn about healthcare through play.
University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union (UKFCU) is proud to support the second annual Teddy Bear Hospital, hosted by Kentucky Children’s Hospital (KCH) and the Living Arts & Science Center (LASC). This free community event helps children understand medical environments in a fun and interactive way.
Why This Event Matters:
Children ages 3-11 will have the chance to dress as doctors and treat their stuffed animals in a hospital-themed setting, easing their fears about real medical experiences. KCH medical professionals will be on hand to guide them through mock medical stations like radiology, surgery, and routine exams.
