What you'll need when you apply.
Before you start a business loan application with UKFCU, please gather the following documentation:
- Three years of your most recent personal tax returns with schedules and statements
- Three years of your most recent business tax returns with K-1s and statements (if applicable)
- Most recent year-end profit & loss statement and balance sheet (if applicable)
- Pro forma statement (for new businesses)
- Personal financial statement signed and dated with any applicable debt schedules and/or rent rolls
Meet Lee Jackson, Commercial Relationship Officer
Since joining the UKFCU team in 2015, Lee Jackson has specialized in commercial lending and correlating it with financial success. Lee began his career in 1995, as Retail Branch Manager for a Lexington, KY-based federal credit union. From there, Lee developed his role into a 15+ year career as Vice President & Loan Manager and Dealer Specialist, before transitioning to Business Lending.
Lee holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from Midway College. It's Lee’s mission to give businesses his guidance and support, and lead them to the right financial education and options essential to their success.

Meet Bradley King, Commercial Relationship Officer
Before Bradley King went into banking, he knew he wanted ample opportunities for learning, growth, and to make an impact. He realized banking allowed him to do just that, and learned from successful mentors. Even as an experienced Business Banking Sales Manager, Bradley still learns something new every day.
