We're passionate about empowering girls to take control of their financial futures. That's why UKFCU is excited to partner with Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road. Together, we're providing every Girl Scout in Kentucky with the opportunity to learn valuable financial skills that will benefit them for a lifetime. By understanding money management, these young women will have the knowledge and skills to make informed choices that'll help them reach their life goals.
Troop Leader Accounts
If you're a Girl Scout Troop Leader, here's what you'll need to open your Troop Leader account:
- EIN certificate from the IRS
- Completed Girl Scouts of Kentucky Wilderness Road authorization form
- Valid ID and Social Security number for each authorized signer on the account
- Identifying information and valid ID for the controlling person of the Girl Scout Troop
You can open an account at one of our six branches or, if you're not local, you can apply online.
Girl Scout Youth Accounts
At UKFCU, you're a member, not a customer. You own your credit union!
A Youth account at UKFCU makes it easy to get a head start on your financial journey. UKFCU Youth savings and checking accounts are available to anyone from the age of 8-18 with a parent or legal guardian and a minimum balance of just $25.
