Linda Helm

Linda grew up in Florida and later in Louisiana where she graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Her move to Kentucky was inspired by wanting to enjoy all seasons and still be considered in the South. Lexington has been her home for over 30 years.  

Her career has been spent working in the finance industry and is a highly experienced home mortgage lender. Linda has acquired a deep understanding of the local housing market and is delighted to guide you through the home buying process. Communication is key and the cornerstone to her compassionate attitude and dedication to helping others achieve their financial goals. Whether that is buying your first home or refinancing into a more financially secure situation, Linda wants you to feel supported and confident along the way.  

During her free time, Linda enjoys taking long power walks while listening to books, spending time with family, and catching up with friends. From football to gymnastics, she likes to keep up with SEC College sporting events.
